March 03, 2021 – We are excited to share with you the availability of the La Puerta portal, our dynamic digital roadmap for college-bound students, parents, and young professionals that simplifies the complex college and career ecosystem. Our mission is to create pathways to higher education for Hispanic students, as we believe that the most important thing our young people can hold to help our community thrive is a bachelor’s degree. The La Puerta tool engages Hispanic students and parents in a comprehensive and culturally relevant way, providing key resources, information, and support through high school, college, and early career transitions. La Puerta is among the first and only tools of its kind nationwide and was a keystone project in advancing our work. La Puerta is scalable, and we anticipate expanding its availability regionally and nationally over time.
