Debora DiCicco, Director

Deb is currently a Senior Director at Ally’s Regulatory Examination Office which encompasses Regulatory Affairs, Strategy, and Examination Management. Her responsibilities include management of regulatory examinations and activities for the Federal Reserve Bank and FDIC among other regulatory agencies. She is also responsible for Compliance Culture, that includes all employee engagement and Learning and Development initiatives, Early Talent strategies and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the Compliance organization. In addition, Deb serves as Strategic Advisor of Aliados, Ally’s Hispanic/Latino Employee Resource Group, after being the National Chair from 2020 through 2023. Deb is the highest ranked Latina at Ally.

Deb’s exceptional track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious goals has translated into significant business results. She brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles in the U.S. and Latin America, including Market Analysis, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, and Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. She is passionate about developing talent, mentoring, driving inclusion and creating opportunities to empower those around her.

She was born and raised in Brazil and has also lived and worked in Argentina before coming to the United States in 2003. Deb has received numerous recognitions, including ALPFA’s Most Powerful Latinas and Latinas to Watch awards, Career Mastered Women’s Leadership award, We Are All Human speaker at the Hispanic Leadership Summit at the United Nations, and is part of the Board of Director of various non-profit organizations. She has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, a graduate degree in Information Technology Management and an Executive MBA.

She lives in Michigan with her husband, their two teenage kids and their dog Daisy.
